HSR Psychology is an independently owned and controlled not-for-profit social enterprise.

HSR Psychology reinvests any profits generated to further maximise the wellbeing and potential of children and young people.

As a social enterprise HSR Psychology aims to maximise positive social impact in the achievement of its aim. Any profits are reinvested rather than to maximise profit for partners. In keeping with our status of a social enterprise we:

• Have a social mission written into our constitution
• Make our money from selling our services (mainly providing psychology services)
• We reinvest 100% of our profits to further our social mission
• Are independently owned and controlled in the interests of our social mission
• Are transparent in how we report our social impact and how we operate
• Work towards a sustainable business model that can cover its own costs and pay reasonable salaries to our staff
