Apprenticeship settings

Apprenticeships allow students to learn on the job of their desired profession, which can be an enjoyable and effective experience compared to formal education. We are here to support apprenticeship providers in preparing young people for work and their future during an apprenticeship.

What services do we offer to apprenticeship settings?

We offer many services for apprenticeship support. Our services can be used on an individual, group or systemic level. Our psychologists provide services in relation to education, health and care plans. We can help to create or strengthen existing procedures and policies around SEND making apprenticeship settings more inclusive. A more inclusive setting provides a comprehensive apprenticeship.

Do we provide training?

We provide training to individual apprenticeship settings and clusters of providers. Training is based around relevant areas of SEND for staff and apprentices, and can be bespoke to the needs within a setting. We regularly run external workshops and training events which are great opportunities to learn more, share good practice and network. Read more about our upcoming events CPD events.

Free initial discussion

We provide free initial discussions to education settings as part of our cost effective service. Specific services may be discussed in order to provide an accurate for our specialist psychological input.

How can apprenticeship settings commission our services?

Our services can be commissioned over the phone or online. During the phone call we will discuss needs and requirements and talk through a number of options for our involvement. Complete an online referral or contact us to find out more.

Apprenticeship settings are required to make accommodations for students with additional needs so they are not excluded. Our specialist psychology service is here to provide you with help and guidance so you can fulfil your role.
