Adoptive families

We work with adoptive families through providing adoption support fund services in addition to educational and child psychological input. We are here to support you, your child and your family.

What is the adoption support fund?

The adoption support fund provides funding for therapeutic services to children and young people who have been adopted, and their families. Children and young people who have been adopted may have experienced early trauma or neglect, and have attachment difficulties. Trauma, neglect and attachment can lead to difficulties later on in childhood, leading to additional support sometimes being necessary.

For more information please see Adoption Support Fund Gov.UK website page.

Which services can be funded through the adoption support fund?
